Community Like a Coffee

We are the result of different experiences, different personal stories, different educational and professional paths. Web and mobile development, design, IoT, Industry 4.0, mobile and design thinking, social recruiting are some of the present themes within the Like A Coffee community, just to name a few.
Our goal is to gather the different competencies to find innovative solutions to smarten people’s lives.

The mentoring work within the Like A Coffee community is carried out passionately towards the talent coming from the universities. As an example, in the following video Antonio Torre, one of our mentors, explains our approach.
For the talent accessing the Like A Coffee community, professional growth means learning by doing and by working on our projects to apply his or her university knowledge and, at the same time, to implement the acquired eLearning knowledge during the Like A Coffee “Talent to Expert Journey”.
Projects can be experimental, as the Preso project where Giuseppe, as a new talent, is currently working on its mobile app development which goes hand in hand with the IoT device.
Growth means also developing a final thesis together with a concrete project which could turn out to be useful for the talent professional process.
This is the case of Luigi Cutolo, who is about to graduate in Information Technology at the University of Salerno.

The importance of the learning journey to deal with the practical world of work
When the talent is about to graduate or has just graduated, he or she generally does not feel he or she has the necessary practical experience to face the present world of work. The Like A Coffee community is active to this end by supporting the young talent during his or her professional growth process by means of a dedicated learning path in order to help him or her become an expert developer to work on customer projects on an international scale.
